Book Availability in US and Canada

AirConnection has now received the main shipment of the book from the printer and is dispatching orders to retailers and mail order customers.

As soon as they have cleared the order backlog, they will be shippinging me the copies that I still owe to those who contributed material to the book.

Thanks to all for your patience, and sorry that the shipment took a little longer than we anticipated.
